Store workflows
Six jobs the software runs every day
Counting faster is where it starts. The value is in what happens after the count.
Check every delivery
Read a whole carton without opening it. The software compares it with what was shipped and flags missing or extra items before they reach the floor.
Count, then fix the gaps
Several staff count the store at once with handheld readers. The counts merge into one, and the gaps are corrected in the stock records straight away.
Find any item
Staff search for an item and the reader leads them to it, in the back room or on the floor. A customer asking for a size gets an answer without a long wait.
Refill the right sizes
The software spots sizes that sit in the back room but are missing from the floor. Staff get a refill list, so customers find their size on the rail.
Sell store stock online
Only stock confirmed by RFID is offered for click-and-collect and ship-from-store. Orders go to stores that really hold the item, so fewer get cancelled.
Catch theft and fraud
Gate reads show items that left without a sale. Alerts flag labels removed in fitting rooms and suspicious returns.

FAQ
Questions retailers ask before a project
How is RFID used in retail stores?
Each item carries a tag. Readers count stock, check deliveries, flag sizes missing from the sales floor, find items for online orders and spot items that leave unpaid. The software turns those reads into tasks for staff and data for your other systems.
How much does RFID software cost?
It depends on the number of stores, the workflows you start with and the hardware you already own. Retail Reload prepares a project costing and an ROI simulation for your setup. Request yours →
What is the best RFID software for retail?
The one that fits your stores. Check three things: does it work with the readers you already own, what happens after a count (corrections and search, not just a list), and does it feed your OMS, ERP and WMS by API. Retail Reload is hardware agnostic and built for fashion retailers.
Which retailers use RFID?
Retail Reload's customers include Lacoste, Etam Group, Undiz, Jennyfer and Lunettes pour tous.
Can we keep the RFID readers we already have?
Usually yes. Retail Reload is hardware agnostic and works with any RFID tags, antennas or networks. The team reviews your equipment before deployment.
Is RFID software cloud-based?
Retail Reload runs as cloud SaaS or on small servers in the store.
